St. Louis-based rock and worship band The Great Romance on Thursday independently released their latest single, "Stolen Me." The upbeat song is the follow-up to their single "Bigger Than The Odds," released earlier this year, and is produced by Allen Salmon, known for his work with Mute Math, Sanctus Real, and others, and is going for adds at Christian AC, Christian CHR/Hot AC-formatted radio outlets.

The new single is a cut from The Great Romance's ten-track greatest hits album, Renew, a collection of music released in May and produced by some of Christian music's top producers, including Salmon, Rusty Varenkamp, and Chase Weber.

"Stolen Me" speaks about the sense of being lost and feeling that you do not belong in this world, but that God was right there next to you all along and how his love has eventually broken in and "stolen me."

"[It's] feeling like you don't belong in this world and searching for happiness," a song description explains. "All of a sudden, God's love comes over you and steals you away, [and] makes life worth living!"

Touring regularly, The Great Romance has shared the stage with some of the biggest artists in Christian music, including Switchfoot, TobyMac, Kutless, The David Crowder Band, Lincoln Brewster, for KING & COUNTRY, and more. In addition, they have played several conventions and festivals, including "A Night of Joy" at Disney World in Orlando, Fla.

According to the band's founder and frontman, Matt Vollmar, the name of the band is meant to point to the greatest relationship anyone can have. He explains, "Jesus Christ, as our Savior, is the greatest romance of our lives."

Renew can be streamed or purchased everywhere now, including iTunes.
